This policy explains what information The Ticker Digest collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect deliberately little.

What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect the email address you provide and the set of newsletters you choose. We also store a unique unsubscribe token so the links in our emails work. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any other personal information.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you the Ticker Digest newsletter(s) you subscribed to, and occasional service messages about your subscription. That's it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your email address only with the service providers that operate the newsletter on our behalf — currently our email delivery provider (Resend) and our cloud infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services) — and only so they can deliver and store the newsletter. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Market data

The market figures and economic indicators shown on this site are sourced from third parties, including the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED) and public market-data feeds. That data is published for general informational purposes and is not personal information about you.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or from our subscribe site. Unsubscribing removes you from that newsletter; if you remove all of your newsletters, we delete your subscriber record. To request deletion of your information at any time, email support@thetickerdigest.com.

Children

The Ticker Digest is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
